Latin-style freshly-squeezed sparkling lemonade

That's right, the latin-style sparkling lemonade that has driven crowds of thirsty festival goers into total refreshment is available again to all.... right in-store. 

We start with a clear 16 or 24 oz cup of ice and a spray of our refreshing lightly sweetened natural cane or beet sugar sparkling water blend.  Next your choice of lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit....we recommend any two of the citrus fruits together...is freshly-squeezed in our hand-pressed juicer and infused into the sparkling blend. Finally a citrus slice is dropped in further teasing your senses toward total refreshment.  All that is left is for you to drink it up!

Da Vinci

This month sees the release of our newest Avatar from the Sides menu, the Da Vinci.  The 15th Century Renaissance man Leonardo Da Vinci hales from what is believed to be the same general time and place (central Tuscan region of Italy) as the Avatar we bring to you now...imagine our 50% whole wheat signature dough recipe stretched out to a nice thin crust or our "I can't believe it's not gluten" gluten-free crust..we lightly brush it with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and dust it with just the right amount of garlic parmesan.  After searing the bold and fruity flavours together to a nice golden brown crisp in our hearthstone oven, this base is sprinkled with a healthy dose of our house-made bruschetta and topped with either lactose-free goat or regular feta...you choose!
